Job description

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assisting Procurement Specialist to join our non-profit organization. This role is pivotal in supporting our procurement processes to ensure that we efficiently acquire goods and services that align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement process by researching and identifying potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Support the evaluation of supplier proposals and maintain records of procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
